What’s Life? Is it just a four letter word?
Or something from the dictionary we heard?
Is life a car, a house, money or spouse?
Is life riches, wealth, having fun and good health?
All the meanings we have for life.

Is life really visible to the sight?
Is life tangible?
Can life be handled?
Can life be heard?
Is life just spoken words?

Or can Life simply be peace in a storm,
Joy in sorrow,
Love in the midst of hate
Or hope for tomorrow?

We were given life through breath.
God breathed into our nostrils life
And man became a living soul.
So true life is life within’
Not according to the theory of men.
When you’re alive on the inside
Full of Love, Joy and Peace,
(All that God breathed within’),
Then you can say I have life.
Because no matter what comes your way,
When all else fails, the song will still live,
“It is well within’ my soul
Because true life within’ me
Has taken control.
